Dear AdvoCare Leaders,
It has been exciting to watch the exponential growth of our business, and its impact on your paychecks this year. As this growth has been occurring, we have been carefully monitoring the usage and speed of our internal systems. Recently we have made adjustments to your reports and their functionality to help you access information more readily. Over the past 5 Pay Periods we have carefully watched the commission calculation process and have noticed that during a narrow period of time, on the day of a pay period close, that this process is in jeopardy of going beyond the one hour standard that we have between calculations. As a result it is necessary to make a couple of adjustments. Beginning Tuesday August 31, the commission calculation updates will run on the following schedule.
On all days, except the Tuesday of a Pay Period close, the Commission Calculation will continue to run every 3 hours, but the starting time has been changed to 8:30 AM CT. The remaining calculations will then run at 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 11:30 PM CT.
On the day of a Pay Period Close, the Commission Calculation will now run every 2 hours starting at 8:30 AM CT. The remaining calculations would run at 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 10:30 PM, 12:30 AM(Wednesday) CT.
Again, these changes are necessary to accommodate the tremendous growth that is occurring in our business and to continue to ensure that we provide you the standard of service that you deserve and expect.
