3. Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable. If you transfer a ticket to another name, please email us the specific names to exchange (first/last name) at advoflorida@bellsouth.net by Friday, April 30.

2. If you purchased extra seats for the training that are currently empty, you will not be given a gift for those empty seats. It is best to fill the seat.

CHILDREN / NURSING MOMS
We do not have childcare available. Due to the seriousness of this event, we cannot allow children to attend the event. However, if you are a nursing mother of a newborn infant, please see Sara and she will show you where the cry room is for you and your baby during feeding/crying times. If you do have a newborn infant in the training room, please use the cry room immediately when your child needs to cry or nurse. If they are sleeping, they can sleep next to you in the training room. We recommend that you sit at the end of an aisle, where you can come and go quickly.
We understand the demands of parenting during these younger years. It is in the best interest of your child that he/she has childcare for the day as you will not be able to give them 100% of your focus.
