What Are You Doing About the Gap?

What Are You Doing About the Gap?

By Randy Gage

December 16th, 2009

So why do people join network marketing? Of course there are a million different reasons, but there are some commonalities. Most people do so because they want to get something more…

They want to earn more money, have a better lifestyle, enjoy more time with their family, etc. So they want something different in life. Yet why do so many people want something different – yet expect to receive it by staying the same?

You get more by becoming more. And we all have a gap. The gap of who we are, versus who we need to become in order to progress. And of course the gap should never really close, it simply advances to higher levels. Your network, bonus check, wealth, relationships, etc. will all grow only as fast as you do.

You have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone to achieve breakthroughs. For me, that means meeting new people, driving to new houses for presentations, and forcing myself to be social.

That’s why self-development is the lynchpin in our business. Everyone comes into the biz wanting more, but trying to get it while remaining the person they came in as. That dog don’t hunt…

You have to recognize the gap. They you either quit because you don’t want to do the work it demonstrates – or you decide to work on closing the gap. So which one are you going to do?

AdvoCare Pro Football Update - Wk 14

December 15, 2009

Greetings Team AdvoCare!

It was one of those “WOW” weekends for a few of our endorsers. Below are a few highlights!

Drew Brees is still the #1 rated quarterback in the league with a 112.3 rating. Another stellar performance yesterday in the win over Atlanta as he went 31-40 for 296 yards and 3 TD’s.

Wes Welker caught 10 balls for 105 yards in the win over Carolina. The man can play some ball!... (read more)

Line of 2 Call and Explanation

Thanks Diane for this great explanation! Listen to the audio or read below.
z

****************************************************************

To all my team members,

This was announced today and I am so pumped that I wanted to get this to you as quickly as possible.

As you know we have been promoting what the impact that V100 Independence Bowl will have on our business. The point of the email message from Rick is that the bowl game is a sell out. What does that mean? ... Huge growth for Advocare! Incredible visibility and awareness. But more important, what could it mean for you ... The very same thing!

If you are still pondering jumping in with both feel I cannot stress enough that now is the time. I am not going to go into the why's and what for's here, because I just want to get to the point for now! So here it is ...A new incentive was announced today - And that is:

For the next 5 weeks, the investment to get to the Advisor level is cut in half. What that means is that you can achieve the Advisor level by placing a $1,500 Retail order (which is $1,050 out of pocket). So that is half of the typical Advisor order of $3,000. S0 you understand, we always speak "Retail", but your out of pocket spend to get to the Advisor level is discounted 30% which equals $1,050.

In order to qualify for the incentive two people must place the same Retail amount. It's called the "Line of 2" and I will give you a few examples of how that is done:

Scenario 1: If this is what your organizational chart looks like (You are distributor 1)

*
Distributor 1 (You)
*
Distributor 2
*
Distributor 3

Distributor 1 places a $1500 "Retail" Order & Distributor 2 places a $1500 "Retail" order and both become Advisors (remember your out of pocket is $1,050 each)

Scenario 2: You are a distributor with no one in your organization:

*
You place a $1,500 Retail Order and you find a new person interested in the business to do the same, you sign them as a distributor and they place a $1,500 Retail Order (again $1,050 out of pocket)

Scenario 3: Your are an Advisor:

*
Distributor 1 (Advisor - You)
*
Distributor 2
*
Distributor 3

Distributor 2 places a $1500 "Retail" Order & Distributor 3 places a $1500 "Retail" order and both become Advisors.

Now, before you say OMG $1,050 you need to understand the whole picture and truthfully in order to do that, you need to get with me so I can fully explain this to you and paint the picture of what your financial future could look like. Better yet, I will be attending our weekly meeting at Sal's this Thursday at 7PM and it will become clear as a Christmas bell!

This is about growth ... This is about building a business ... This is about living life on your terms ... This is about designing the rest of your life to be what you want it to be.

I will follow up with each of you individually before Thursday. Until then, enjoy the season!

Diane

From Donna Hayes

Good morning, Kim and Z...

I'll admit I was getting a bit discouraged listening to people tell of their 10 pound weight losses so early in their program. I've never been one to see my loss on the scale first (so I should have known better). I bought some clothes to work out in a few weeks ago.. much to my dismay the tops wouldn't get over my belly and was damn tight on my arms.. had it been my tatas I wouldn't have cared as much. lol

I put one of them on yesterday and it was almost a little big, I thought, "ok cool." Today I put on the tighest one and it fits oh so nice.. slid over what used to be my big fat belly.. just a belly now. YAY!!! I've got a 2 pack going, almost a 3 and will definitley be a 6 in a few months!!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your words of encouragement and introducing me to these AWESOME products!!

I'm going to schedule my mixers today.. I was just waiting for my work schedule to come out.

Love ya... Donna

What is Success School and why go?

Why go to Success School - From Ruby leader Sarah Bane

Success School is the biggest nugget Advocare can offer you to explode your business... take advantage !
THE BEST IN PRODUCT TRAINING, TESTIMONIALS AND RECOGNITION. PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE TO HEAR FROM HALL OF FAME MEMBERS AND OTHER FIELD LEADERS, THE ADVOCARE SCIENTIFIC & MEDICAL BOARD, RISING STARS, OUR SPORTS ENDORSERS, GUEST SPEAKERS AND THE HOME OFFICE TEAM !!
What I Saw :
Everyone told me to go to this "success school". I did not think it was really that necessary. I am hear to tell you that I was wrong. It absolutely changed me personally and exploded my business. I saw the most incredible people I have ever seen. My heart was touched. I laughed and cried and cheered all weekend. In my short journey with Advocare so far I have grown tremendously as a person. Part of that growth comes from attending success school. You see real people that started at the same place you did. I grew closer to my team. A light bulb went off in my head as I realized my purpose. My purpose was what would drive me to never quit, not be afraid of mistakes, and stay focused. My purpose is my family and to be debt free and live life on my terms. I saw a vision of this and came back to Altamonte to put my head down and go towards this like a steam roller. SO if you are not a part of the steam roller you're a part of the road. ("Stewart Brand") Where do you want to be?? A part of the road or a part of the steam roller. I cannot wait until the next success school and encourage each and every member of "Next Level" to join me and see the vision for yourself! If you are serious about your purpose and you are serious about building a business then make a point to get there. You will not be sorry.
Sarah
