I was asked this morning by a distributor, "What are you doing to do this week so I can duplicate what you do and get to where you are." Great question, I figured I just send it out to everyone in hopes it moves you or your team into action:
I set up this week by making lots of calls last week. I CALLED EVERYONE IN MY CELL PHONE AND SAID THIS, "I DON'T KNOW IF ADVOCARE IS RIGHT FOR YOU OR NOT, BUT I HAVE TO SHARE WITH YOU WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN DECEMBER WITH THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ADVOCARE INDEPENDENCE BOWL. I WILL SLEEP MUCH BETTER KNOWING YOU HAVE ALL THE FACTS AND CAN MAKE AN ADULT DECISION BASED ON THOSE FACTS. I DO NOT WANT YOU COMING BACK TO ME UPSET BECAUSE I DIDN'T SHARE THE SINGLE BEST OPPORTUNITY IN AMERICA WITH YOU PROPERLY, WHEN CAN WE MEET."
Here's what my week looks like:
I set up 17 appointments for this week by calling over 40 people with the statement above. Most are in their home at the kitchen table OR WATCHING THE DVD. Some are in restaurants, others in their place of employment.
I will be closing out this pay period over the next 2 days, helping folks work to Advisor, work towards a New Pin Level or Pay Period Bonus. Whichever you chose to work for.
I have a Mixer on Wed. at Astrids, our Team Mixer on Thursday at Sals @ 7:00 and Training Sat. morning @ Sals from 10 - 12
Champions Conference Call: How did last pay period go as a company on Wednesday at 1:00, those fire me up to do more!!
I will fill in all other times with 2 on 1's from you who call and ask for assistance.
I will answer any and all calls that come in for 3 ways with your prospects.
I will work my Plan A, Personal Training Course coming up.
I'm finishing the book, "The Servant Leader"
I'll listen and learn everything I can from the e-mails, facebook, conference calls and you, to make myself better, each and every minute of each and every day.
I'll spend QUALITY TIME with my SON this week before he goes to school next week.
And I'll work out to make myself stronger physically, emotionally and spiritually by listening to tapes as I work out.
MOST OF ALL, I'LL BE PRAYING THAT EACH PERSON RECEIVING THIS WORKS EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS LIKE YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE DEPENDS ON IT. I'LL BE PRAYING THAT YOU ALL UNDERSTAND THE RELEVANCE OF WORKING ADVOCARE HARD TODAY SO YOU MAY REAP THE BENEFITS OF LIFE ON YOUR TERMS TOMORROW.
