The great oil billionaire H.L. Hunt once said that there are only 2 requirements for great success. First, he said, "Decide exactly what you want." Most people never do this. Second, he said, "You must determine the price you are going to pay to get it and then resolve to pay that price."
You can have just about anything you really want as long as you are willing to pay the price. And nature always demands that you pay the price in full, and in advance.
