Z's Business Building Tip

Click here to see the team calendar. Notice there are alot of Who do you know in XXXXX. This is how you take advantage of the events:
  1. Pull out your rolodex, Outlook, address book, FaceBook, etc. and find people who know you in these areas.
  2. After you identify the area, call the person living within 1 or 2 hours of the event location.
  3. Call them TODAY (you need time to execute this properly.) Connect with them about their life and just visit. Don't bring up Advocare.
  4. If you feel like you've built some rapport call them the following day and say these words...
"Bob, I have a question for you; it's ok to say no thank you. But would you ever consider going into business with me? I ask this b/c after I got off the phone yesterday with you I kept thinking about us working together. Does that seem at all interesting to you?"

There are only 3 possible answers:
  • If Bob says he's interested, ask him to watch http://www.previewadvocare.com and http://www.aboutadvocare.com Use these words "I know you have a great questions but if it's ok let's start off with the first step. Preview Advocare gives a great overview of what's possible in our company from a financial side. About Advocare is an awesome clip put together by a friend of mine in CT, it shows how our products have helped real people. When can we talk after you've seen these?" (Then call Bob back at the appointed time.)
  • If Bob says he's got some questions, ask him to watch the videos first and then you can answer his questions - use the words above.
  • If Bob says no thanks, use these words, "no problem at all; I'm so glad we got reconnected."
When you follow up with Bob; have someone ready for a 3 way call to answer Bob's questions. The action step during the 3 way call will be to invite Bob to the meeting near him that is on the calendar.

This process seems drawn out and requires alot of work. But that's what we do here in Advocare. We work.

Hope this helped.
